Tony Inspiracji is a training and consulting company. We specialize in training, coaching and mentoring projects as well as business consulting.

Certified Coach ICF, Business Trainer, HR Consultant

She supports managers and employees in their work on building effective and well-functioning teams.
She is the Leader of Creative Development and specializes in the in the area of building effective project teams, career coaching, mentoring and leadership.
She has an extensive several years of professional experience in public and multinational companies from the areas of FMCG and Banking. In her professional practice she had opportunity to work with leaders within different organizational cultures, which allowed her to gather a valuable knowledge and ability to work in various business environments. Effectively combines the knowledge and practice of coaching and mentoring with the knowledge of business realities.
He is a certified trainer and partner of FRIS Style of Thinking and Action® and Assessor of Assessment Center Processes.
She develops, implements and manages training, coaching and mentoring programs for individual person and groups.
As a certified coach of the International Coach Federation, she cooperation with clients guaranteeing the highest quality standards of coaching and mentoring services.

Izabela Roicka

HR menager, coach, trainer

Practices in the area of human resources management, with several years of managerial experience. Participating in a variety of HR projects, she recognized the specificity and importance of the HR Business Partner function in organizations. Supports the business by combining the role of chief executive of a team of HR professionals with active training, workshops and coaching, including the use of the Extended DISC model.
Preparing to work as a coach was awarded at the postgraduate studies “Professional Coaching” at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He specializes ingroup and team coaching, primarily in the business environment (customer service, sales, logistics, manufacturing). She works with managers, among others things: on development of managerial competencies, team management, effective achievement of individual and team goals,
With teams, she works on building cooperation’s that translate into high performance, overcoming the effects of team dysfunctions, finding solutions to the challenges.
She has experience in implementing coaching style of management in the company. As an advisor and mentor, he also supports clients in the area of human resources management and effective implementation of modern HR trends and solutions.
