She supports managers and employees in their work on building effective and well-functioning teams. She is the Leader of Creative Development and specializes in the in the area of building effective project teams, career coaching, mentoring and leadership.
She has an extensive several years of professional experience in public and multinational companies from the areas of FMCG and Banking. In her professional practice she had opportunity to work with leaders within different organizational cultures, which allowed her to gather a valuable knowledge and ability to work in various business environments. Effectively combines the knowledge and practice of coaching and mentoring with the knowledge of business realities.
He is a certified trainer and partner of FRIS Style of Thinking and Action® and Assessor of Assessment Center Processes. She develops, implements and manages training, coaching and mentoring programs for individual person and groups. As a certified coach of the International Coach Federation, she cooperation with clients guaranteeing the highest quality standards of coaching and mentoring services.
